We are currently searching for a Project Manager to work closely with owners, design teams, superintendents, subcontractors and other clients in managing all aspects for major construction projects throughout the entirety of the pre-construction and construction processes.
The principle duties of this position focus on communication, scheduling, budgeting and logistics, client relations, safety, quality control and documentation. Candidates MUST have no less than 5 years' experience as an Assistant Project Manager and/or Project Manager for a Commercial GC. Portfolio featuring multi-family and hospitality projects preferred. Advanced technical proficiency and an undergraduate degree in a related field are mandatory. Constant interaction and communication with clients-both internal and external-- is expected; a high level of interpersonal skills, a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail are imperative. Periodic travel (potentially out-of-state) may be required; a valid driver's license in good standing is necessary.
